SnapSeries

Privacy Policy

Your photos are your story. SnapSeries keeps their processing on your iPhone.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the SnapSeries iOS app and this promotional website. The app and website use different services, described below.

Your photos stay on your device

SnapSeries uses the camera and photo library only after you grant permission. Reference photos, captured photos, series, guides, and settings are stored locally on your device. Subject outlines and video exports are also created locally.

SnapSeries does not upload your photos to a SnapSeries server. A photo or video leaves the app only when you choose to share or export it using the iOS share sheet. The destination you select then handles that file under its own privacy terms.

Subscriptions

Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and receipt information, product and entitlement status, and basic device or app information needed to provide SnapSeries Pro and restore purchases. SnapSeries does not receive your payment card details.

Learn more in the Apple Privacy Policy and the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Diagnostics and support

SnapSeries uses Sentry to receive crash reports and unexpected error details, including the affected feature or operation, app and device context, and whether the app is using the Free or Pro level. Default personally identifiable information is disabled.

If you choose Report a problem in the app, Sentry also receives the message you enter and your email address if you provide one. Screenshots are disabled, and SnapSeries does not intentionally attach your photos to reports. See the Sentry Privacy Policy.

Website analytics only

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits in aggregate. It may process the page viewed, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, device type, and time of the visit. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and does not associate these page views with a personal profile.

Vercel Analytics is not included in the SnapSeries iOS app. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation.
