Contact support

In SnapSeries, open Settings and choose Report a problem. Describe what happened and what you expected. You can include your email if you want a reply.

You can also email info+snapseries@wespritz.com.

Start a series

Take a photo or import one of your own to start a series. SnapSeries creates an outline when iOS can identify a clear subject. If an outline is unavailable, use the Reference photo overlay instead. Inspirations offer ideas for your own series.

Shoot in portrait or landscape

The SnapSeries camera works with your iPhone in both portrait and landscape. For best results, keep the same orientation for every photo in a series.

Restore SnapSeries Pro

Open the SnapSeries Pro screen and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple account that made the original purchase. An internet connection is required to confirm the subscription.

Manage or cancel a subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and choose SnapSeries. Apple manages billing, cancellations, and refund requests.

Share or export a sequence

The Free level can share the cropped photos in a series as JPEG files. SnapSeries Pro can also export an MP4 video. Video exports are limited to 500 photos and 10 minutes and require enough free storage on the device.

Privacy and compatibility

SnapSeries requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Photos, series, guides, and exports are processed locally. Read the full Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.
